Scouts are encouraged by Youth and Adult leadership of the Troop to advance through the ranks. We believe the Scouting Program is found within advancement.
Along the way, Scouts will encounter many obstacles. With the help of fellow Scouts, they are able to climb over these obstacles on the Road To Eagle.
Scouts will receive their rank patch as soon as possible after competing their board of review. (usually at the next Troop Meeting.)
We have a Court of Honor four times a year, at which the scout will receive the card for the rank and be asked pin the parent's pin on his parent.
Merit Badges will be presented at the next Court of Honor.
Scouts achieving The Rank of Eagle may have their Eagle Presentation at a special Eagle Court of Honor or if he chooses he may have it presented at any Troop Function of his Choice.
