Download 2011 Letter to Scouts
The success of the Pizza sale is important to the troop.
Every Scout
is Expected to Sell and Make Pizzas
Sales to Family, Neighbors, After Mass,
etc. count towards goal
Sales begin after the August 31 meeting
Sign up during Troop Meetings or Call Mr.
Vogan for a Time slot of your choice to sell pizza after Sunday Mass.
Time slots not taken will be assigned to Scouts who do not sign up on their own.
We need every Scout to sell as much pizza as possible.
We will meet at 6:30am in the Cafe on OCTOBER 16th to make the pizzas.
Each Scout should bring a parent, an
apron, and large cooking spoon.
We will have donuts, milk, juice, and coffee for workers. If you want to eat and drink please arrive before 6:30. We need to start at 7 sharp to finish on time with quality products. We will provide an early lunch of pizza (usually around 10:00) when the work is done.
