Jeannie Bateman***The President leads the two general meetings and the other, usually four, meetings of officers and chairs.  Much of the president’s responsibility centers on communication.  The president oversees all committees and collaborates with the principal on a regular basis. 

Jennie Picha***The President-elect performs the duties of the president in his/her absence and trains for the position of president for the next school year.  The president-elect helps committee chairs as needed.   

Erinn Aug***The Secretary keeps an accurate record of all meetings of the association and helps with publicity as necessary.  The secretary receives and communicates any correspondence sent to H&S as an organization.

Beth Fassler***The Treasurer receives all moneys of the Association, keeps an accurate record of receipts and expenditures, and pays out funds as authorized by the Executive Board. Money handling is explained in the parent handbook, following parish and archdiocesan guidelines.

Michelle Arendt***The Volunteer Coordinator oversees the sign-up of all parents for the needed volunteer positions.

Amy Brown***The Volunteer-Coordinator-Elect shadows the coordinator with the intent to be the coordinator the following school year.
H&S Members include every parent.  Opportunities abound for organizing, counting, serving, communicating, and other creative action.  Please be involved and active.  We need you.  You usually receive spiritually as well as give.  Contact an officer or the school office to get more involved
