I have eight years of experience working in the classroom.  My first year, I substituted for many of the private and public schools in the area.   Then, I taught third grade at Assumption School for five years.  Last year, I was the teacher’s aide for first grade, and this year I am the Learning Consultant for 3rd and 4th grade.

Degrees and Certification: I have a BA in Science with Elementary Education Certification from the University of Missouri- Saint Louis.  I have also received my Catechist certification from the Archdiocese of Saint Louis.

I love to spend time outdoors with my family and friends.  I enjoy taking walks, gardening, going to the Muny, having picnics, going on float trips, shopping, going to the zoo, playing games, and swimming.  I also love to spend time reading books and playing with my new baby.

My husband and I are expecting our second baby this year, and are very excited that our family is growing.  I feel very blessed to be able to work part-time at Assumption School.
