This year starts my 7th year at Assumption.  I taught for 28 years at Windsor Elementary School in Imperial where I was a 6th grade teacher for two years, a reading specialist for 17 years and a kindergarten teacher for nine years.

Degrees: MA from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau and a BA from Notre Dame College in south St. Louis.
Certification: English teacher-grades K-12, elementary teacher-K-8,
reading specialist-K-12.

Reading mysteries and working all sorts of puzzles are two of my favorite pastimes.  I also try to take care of my flowers outdoors and love to listen to the Cardinals on the radio and watch the Rams in person or on TV.  

My husband and I are very involved with our grandchildren and their activities.  We love having family get-togethers.  We like to travel.
