Educational Experience
This is my fifteenth year teaching kindergarten at Assumption School..  Before I came to Assumption I taught two years at St. Andrew’s School in Lemay, one year in third grade and one year in first grade.  Before St. Andrews I taught for 7 years at St. Cecelia’s School in South St. Louis, there I taught six years in first grade and one year in kindergarten.  My first two years of teaching were at St. Francis of Assisi School on Telegraph Rd.  At St. Francis I taught for one year in third grade and one year in kindergarten.  I was instrumental in helping to set up the kindergartens at both Assumption and St. Francis.

Hobbies

I love to read, mainly romance and mystery novels.  I love to go canoeing and boating, as a teenager I went canoeing almost every weekend and raced canoes in Arkansas, Missouri and Tennessee.  We also did a lot of sailing and water skiing.  I love to go on vacation and discover new places.

Personal

I love spending time with my family, my husband and our three children.  However we also spend a lot of time with my seven brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews.  We like to barbecue and have bonfires in the fall at my brother’s house.  I have always enjoyed watching my children play sports and have rarely missed a game.
